Fair Wealth Australia is a group of organisations going back over 75 years all designed to help our members with mental health and financial support. The three bodies, The Welfare Fund, HelperMate and M Mortality Fund, serve distinct purposes with the core goal of helping individuals and families throughout different points in their lifetime maintain a healthy mind and money position.
The Welfare Fund is a member-run mutual fund which gives financial and personal assistance to our members. This is done in the form of sickness and accident grants, provision of counselling and other forms of therapy. We also offer our members a raft of extras including journey cover, natural disaster grants, education grants, counselling & therapy, and small loans which are available to both members and non-members.
HelperMate is, as the name implies, designed to help a mate. Whether it be in the form of a financial donation or providing access to low-cost counselling, HelperMate gives help to a mate in need.
M Mortality Fund provides competitively priced funeral products with options to suit every budget. We offer the standard cover, priced as low as $2.20 per week, with options up to $15,000 and a cut-off age of 80, we offer lifetime cover with options up to $15,000 priced dependent on age, and we offer a funeral savings fund, with a minimum contribution of $2 per week and a highly competitive 5% interest rate per annum. For as little as $10 a week, you can have peace of mind that your funeral will be covered in the event of your passing without placing a burden on your family.
