For over 75 years, our not-for-profit community organization has been dedicated to making mental health care services more accessible and affordable for women. Our mission was sparked by the alarming findings of the 2020 Australian Psychological Society report, which revealed that one in three Australians who needed mental health care did not receive it due to financial constraints.
This inspired us to take action and ensure that more women have the opportunity to access the support they need, regardless of their financial circumstances. By striving to remove the barriers of cost, we aim to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women seeking mental health care services.

In order to fulfill our mission, we have partnered with Ignite, an experienced provider of 10x annual Medicare-accredited counseling sessions. We are proud to offer these sessions as part of our standard annual membership, which costs just $11 per week.
This partnership enables us to extend accessible and affordable counseling services to men across Australia, providing them with support that was previously unavailable to them through profit-driven private practices. Through this collaboration, we aim to ensure that the majority of men in Australia now have the opportunity to access the counseling they may need, promoting their mental well-being and fostering a supportive community.

Now we've made our counseling services financially accessible, we've also made them physically accessible by providing the option of in-person counselling should you be in Sydney, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom no matter where you are located in across Australia (including Sydney).
